1,Base treatment
Before the construction of the membrane, the base surface needs to be treated, and the base surface without sand, bump and crack can be used for the membrane paving. At the same time, it is necessary to keep the base surface smooth and strong. If the base surface is not treated in advance, it cannot be coated. Leveling needs to be achieved. After the construction of the base work is completed, the base is treated, and then the membrane is laid. The base should be kept dry and the moisture content should be less than 8%. Drainage slope design needs to meet the design requirements.
2,Membrane laying
(1) Cold bonding construction method. First of all, the cold oil treatment agent is evenly applied to the base, and then the binder is evenly applied after the base layer is dried, and then the membrane is placed in the predetermined position, and the overlay joint needs to be set aside 10 cm longitudinally and horizontally when the overlay is applied, and then the adhesive is pasted, and then the press roller is compacted after a few minutes. If it is double-layer waterproof construction, the second seam needs to be staggered by one-third with the first seam, and the horizontal seam is staggered by more than 1 meter.
(2) Hot melt construction method. The basic treatment of the hot melt method is the same as above, after the base surface is dry, the membrane is placed in the designated position, the bottom of the membrane is heated by the heater, and the asphalt on the surface is melted, and the membrane is rolled forward while baking, and the hot melt size can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The asphalt on the surface of the melted membrane can not flow out too much, nor can it be baked through. The vertical and horizontal directions of the membrane lap are 10cm, and then the blowtorch is used to bake and seal. If it is double-layer membrane placement, the membrane joints need to be staggered in accordance with the regulations, and the thickness of the membrane can not be constructed by hot melt method if it is less than 3mm or the coverage.
