     SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is made of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) thermoplastic elastomer modified asphalt as dip coating material, with high quality polyester felt, glass fiber felt and glass fiber reinforced polyester felt. For the tire base, fine sand, mineral pellets, PE film, aluminum film, etc. are used as the cladding material, and the elastomer-modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is made by special mechanical stirring and grinding.

     APP plastomer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is made of APP (random polypropylene) or APAO, APO (polyolefin polymer) modified asphalt as dip coating material, with high quality polyester felt and glass fiber felt as tire base. A plastomer-modified bitumen waterproofing membrane made of fine sand, mineral grain (sheet) material and PE film as cladding material and refined by advanced technology.

Installation

Coil spread:

1) Before the construction, the qualified base should be cleaned and the dust at the corners should be blown clean:

2) The coating treatment agent should be uniform and should not be painted repeatedly;

3) After the base treatment agent is dried, firstly, according to the design requirements, the roof waterproofing project and the underground waterproofing project need to be additionally layered for additional layer treatment;

4) Determine the order of the coils and the direction of the paving and elastically sew the threads at the base layer, then lay the coils, and paste the different parts of the coils according to the remaining requirements;

Roof: tape and base layer paste or strip paste; 800mm around the roof should be fully pasted, the slope roof area is more than 70%, and 100% of the coil and the coil are fully pasted;

Basement floor: The coil and the base layer can be fully viscous, glued, stripped or vacant, but must be fully affixed between the coil and the coil;

Basement vertical wall: the coil and the base layer and the coil and the coil should be fully pasted;

Additional layer: the general part is fully pasted, and the deformation joint is allowed to be empty;

The order of paving is first high span, then low; the same height, first far and near; the same plane, starting from the lower part.

Roofing direction:

1) Paste less than 3% parallel to the direction of the ridge;

2) Paste between 3% and 15% of the slope in parallel or perpendicular to the direction of the ridge;

3) Parallel to the ridge lap joint in the direction of the water, the joint should be laid in the dominant wind direction perpendicular to the ridge.

Coil lap construction method:

1) Long-side overlap: The longitudinal overlap width of the coil should be greater than or equal to 80mm. Care must be taken. The adhesive should be evenly applied and should not be leaked. The edge of the cold-bonded web should have excess adhesive extrusion. The hot melt method should form an asphalt strip at the edge.

2) Short-edge overlap: Both ends of the coil must be bonded. The lap width should be greater than or equal to 100mm. When the polyester tire coil is used for sticking or emptying, the two parts must be fully bonded more than 500mm; cold bonding method: the joint should be extruded with adhesive. The hot melt method should be extruded with asphalt strips at the seams.

3) When the two adjacent rolls of the same layer are laid, the horizontal overlapping edges should be staggered by more than 1500 mm, and the upper and lower layers of the coils are prohibited from being laid perpendicular to each other;

4) Remove the shale layer when the shale roll is lapped by heating the flame and scraping off the shale part with a trowel. It is also possible to use butt joint by placing a 300 mm web strip under the seam, the coils are butt-joined, and the joint is treated with a sealing material;

5) After the coil is laid, the lap joint, the end and the coil end must be sealed. The sealing material, sealant or cold adhesive should be embedded and then smoothed to form a distinct asphalt strip.
