Product Overview:

Water-based (951) polyurethane waterproof coating is a new type of waterproof material encouraged by the state. Because of its excellent performance, simple construction, easy waterproof effect and long service life, it has been widely used in various waterproof and impermeable projects.

 

 

Installation Instructions

Base treatment: The base must be smooth and firm, clean, no bright water. Internal and external corners should be made into a circular arc. You should clean the original crack, drum of the waterproof house and dust on the old roof, and repair the low concave damage. Leakage prevention must be first plugging treatment. the base should be smooth, no bright water. Water falling place, partition joint and other special parts should be first flexible sealing treatment. Brushing procedures generally start from internal and external corners, then vertical face, and finally large area construction. 

Bottom coating construction: mix the water and paint according to 1:3 weight ratio, stir evenly before use. The use of base coating can improve the permeability of coating to the base and enhance the adhesion.
Coating: The method of rolling, scraping and brushing can be adopted in the construction. It is advisable to adopt the thin layer multiple coating method. Each coating should not be too thick, generally divided into 3-4 brushes, the total thickness is about 1.5-2.0mm. coating can be coated after the earlier one drying into film. Weak links should be paved with body reinforcement material.
After each coating surface dries, the construction quality should be checked, such as missing coating and bulge should be repaired.
