Construction

1)Surface must be sound and clean without oil, dust, laitance and all contaminants. Remove all loose materials.

2)The waterproof coating need to brush 3 to 4 layers:
Apply the waterproof coating by roller, brush or spray machine with about 1.5mm to 2.0mm thickness film.
Apply the second layer with the same thickness after the first layer curing. The third and forth layer use the same application method.

3)Need to add protection layer above the waterproof film layer.

Matters need attention :

1)The application temperature shall be over 5, can not be applied when it rains or snows.
2) When water, ash or surface dusting exit on the substrate, dispose them before applying the waterproofing layer.
3)Apply the protective and decorative layer 3-5 days after the coating becomes dry.
4)Keep ventilation when working indoors so that the coating can dry well.
5)Clean tools and clothing after application.

(1) Applicable to cellar, toilet, kitchen, floor, balcony, water pool etc. for waterproofing

(2) Typical Cases: the Great Hall of the People, the Three Gorges Dam, the National Swimming Center (Water Cube), etc.
