Product Description

construction

1.After the basic acceptance is completed, the node parts of the building should be strengthened. In the construction of membrane paving, according to the specific conditions of the project, full paving method, strip paving method, point paving method and empty paving method can be used.
Recommended dosage of adhesive: full lay-up method: 0.33kg/m2, point lay-up method: 0.22kg/m2, strip lay-up method: 0.20kg/m2, empty lay-up method: 0.10 kg/m2, membrane lapping part dosage: 0.10 kg/m2.

2.When the membrane is bonded to the base, the adhesive is evenly coated on the bonding part, and the adhesive is bonded after the surface is dry (slightly sticky but not drawn). When the lap part is bonded, the lap width shall comply with the relevant regulations. Use solvent to wipe the lap part of the membrane clean, remove dirt and grease, and then brush the adhesive, when the adhesive surface dry, the lap part firmly paste, and use rubber roller compaction. If you need to do the finished product protection, you should first do the isolation layer on the waterproof layer, and then do the protective layer.
 

 

 

 

 

Installation Instructions

1.Do not apply self-adhesive membrane to the frozen base surface;
2.It can not be constructed on the base which is polluted and has a high moisture content;
3.Self-adhesive membrane packaging and isolation paper can only be removed before and during placement;
4.When the sealant is used up, the container should be tightly sealed in time;
5.Storage and transportation materials should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment to prevent sun and rain.
6.Different types and specifications of membranes should be stacked separately.
7.Stacking height does not exceed 5 layers is good, vertical do not exceed 2 layers.
8.Under normal conditions, the storage date is one year (from the date of production).
