Product Features & Advantages:

Eco-Friendly & Safe: Water-based formula, uses water as the dispersion medium, no harmful solvents (VOCs ≤ 50g/L), non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free. It does not pollute the environment or harm human health, and can be constructed in closed or semi-closed spaces without affecting the surrounding environment.
Seamless Waterproof & Anti-Leakage: Cures to form a seamless, monolithic elastic waterproof film, which can perfectly cover irregular surfaces, corners, pipes and other parts, completely avoiding water leakage from seams. It has strong impermeability (0.3MPa, 30min no water seepage), effectively solving the problem of building water seepage.
High Elasticity & Deformation Adaptability: Elongation at break ≥ 500%, strong elasticity and toughness, which can adapt to the expansion and contraction of building structures and base layer deformation (such as settlement, cracking), no cracking or peeling, ensuring long-term waterproof effect.
Strong Adhesion: Can firmly bond with concrete, mortar, tile, wood, metal, plastic and other substrates, no delamination, no peeling. It can be constructed on both dry and slightly wet base layers, with bonding strength ≥ 1.2MPa, forming a tight combination with the base layer.
Excellent Durability: Resistant to UV radiation, oxidation, aging, acid, alkali, salt and other chemical substances, not easy to yellow, brittle or deteriorate. Service life up to 15-20 years, reducing long-term maintenance costs and project rework risks.
Easy Construction & Fast Curing: Simple construction process, can be constructed by brushing, rolling or spraying, suitable for complex and irregular structural parts. It cures quickly at room temperature, tack-free in 3-4 hours, and fully cured in 24 hours, which can greatly improve construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.
Wide Temperature Adaptability: It can be constructed at -5℃ to 40℃, and the cured film has good low-temperature flexibility (-20℃ no cracking) and high-temperature resistance (80℃ no softening), adapting to most climate regions around the world.
Versatile Application: Suitable for various waterproof scenarios, both indoor and outdoor, and can also be used as a protective coating for various substrates to improve the service life of the substrate.
